he North East Ohio Network, better known as NEON, is a Council of Governments established in 1996 by six counties Boards of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (MRDD) in the North East Ohio region to address the administration of the Medicaid Waiver services.
EON’s mission is to advance the missions of county boards through regional collaboration and maximization of resources.
