How long will it take for me to receive my supported living check from NEON?
The checks are generally processed and mailed within 10 business days of NEON’s receipt of a clean invoice.

Can NEON make ISP revisions?
No, NEON receives the payment authorization for services from the county boards.  ISP revision will be completed by county board Service and Support Administrators.

The Ohio Department of MR/DD Office of Provider Certification at 1-877-289-3636 Certification Applications and the certification process are available at www.odmrdd.state.oh.us.

How do I receive an individual to work with on a Home and Community Based Waiver? 
OAC 5123:2-9-11 Free Choice of Provider defines the selection process for an individual to select a provider for waiver services.
